Pinkertons feel that a one to one meeting is crucial to find out your exact requirements. We seek to find out what the property of your dreams looks like and where it is located, we feel that this can only be gained by a face to face meeting.

Searching for the property of your dreams
When we have discovered what your dream home looks like and where it should be located we can then start contacting our established network of Estate Agents and Contractors. If the property you want is not for sale then we will contact home owners direct to see if they will consider selling.

Initial Viewings
Each property is carefully viewed, with over 25 years of experience finding potential advantages and disadvantages comes naturally. We take digital photographs of all short listed properties to show you comprehensive views of the building and its location.

Short Listings
When we have finished viewing all the relevant properties we produce a report short listing potential properties, we include all relevant sales details including our photographs. We also include a complimentary report on the area/areas you have chosen listing details of Schools, Hospitals, Nurseries etc. We also include details of local leisure activities such as Gyms, Cinemas and any other demographic information you request.

Clients Visits
When we have discussed the short list and compiled a list of properties that you wish to visit, we arrange viewing times at your convenience and show you round the properties. We will also offer you a guided tour of the area showing you the local schools etc
