Our Fees

For our relocation services fees are by negotiation but typically 1.5 - 2% of the purchase price, with an initial registration fee of £750 valid for a search period of 3 months renewable.

(The registration fee is deducted from the final invoice.)

For our land dept the fees are typically 2% but range from 1.5% to 3% depending on the property and location. Please call and discuss your personal requirements.
